Aviom-Insitor Impact Fund
Aviom India Housing Finance has raised Rs 15 crore ($2.3 million) equity funding from Cambodia-based investor Insitor Impact Asia Fund Pte. Ltd. in a Series A round investment. Aviom India, is a pan India financing company, which provides loans to low-income individuals and families, and has plans to use the funds raised in this round to increase its branches, expand its operations in tier-II and tier-III towns and enhance the types of credit that it currently provides.
Role – Jerome Merchant + Partners advised Aviom India Housing Finance on funding from Insitor Impact Asia Fund.
