Ashima is a part of the Firm’s corporate, private equity and venture capital practice. Ashima advises on capital raising, general corporate advisory and transactional matters. She has graduated with a degree of law in 2021, and she has also earned a degree of qualified company secretary in the year 2017.

Banashree is part of the Firm’s corporate, private equity and venture capital practice. Banashree, advises on capital raising, general corporate advisory and transactional matters. She has graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, Noida and a masters degree from University of California, Berkeley with a specialization in Business Laws, in 2018.

Neeharika is a part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Neeharika focuses on advising clients on general corporate advisory and transactional matters. She has graduated with a degree of law from the S.N.D.T Women’s University in 2023.

Philip is part of the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. Philip advises clients on general corporate advisory and transactional matters. He has graduated with a BA.LLB. (Hons) degree from Jindal Global Law School in 2023.

Pragna is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital practice. She has experience in structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with foreign exchange laws. She supports clients on cross-border investments and funding strategies, including private equity and venture capital deals. She has graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B degree from Symbiosis International University, 2019.

Riya is a part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Riya has regularly advised domestic and foreign commercial enterprises, private equity funds, on their investments in and exits from Indian companies, involving advice on transaction structuring. She has graduated with a degree in law from SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law in 2020.

Rishabh is part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Rishabh, advises on venture capital, private equity transactions for both buy and sell side as well as general corporate advisory work. He has graduated with a degree in law from the National Law University, Odisha in 2016.

Rutvik is a legal professional with a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NMIMS, School of Law, Mumbai, and has significant experience in corporate law. Rutvik has advised on high-value transactions, conducted due diligences, and drafted key transaction documents for firms such as Pioneer Legal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in the past. He has worked across sectors including healthcare, finance, technology and real estate. Additionally, he is a CFA Level 1 candidate and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

Shashank is a part of the firm’s private equity and venture capital and corporate practice. He advises on transactions, general corporate matters, and Indian securities regulations. He has graduated with a B.B.A L.L.B degree from UPES, Dehradun, in 2022.

Simran is part of the Firm’s real estate practice. Simran advises on a wide spectrum of commercial real estate financings, sales and regulatory aspects of property ownership, land use and municipal land laws. She has graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B degree from the University of Mumbai, in 2020.

Sunidhi is part of the Firm’s corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Sunidhi, advises on venture capital and private equity transactions as well as general corporate advisory work. She has graduated with a BA.LLB. (Hons) degree from University Law College, Bangalore University, Bangalore in 2024.

Fatima is a part of the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. Fatima focuses on advising clients on general corporate advisory and transactional matters. She has graduated with a B.A.LL.B (Hons) degree from University of Kashmir in 2024.

Varun is part of the Firm’s corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. He assists the team in advising on capital raising, venture capital, general corporate advisory, and transactional matters. He graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B. degree from Alliance University, Bengaluru, in 2023.

Sanjana is part of the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, with experience in cross-border and domestic transactions. She has worked with clients on deal structures, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions. She graduated from NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai, in 2021.

Yashodhara is a part of the Firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. Her focus areas are mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate advisory. Her industry experience includes the technological industry, pharmaceutical industry, renewable energy, information technology and manufacturing and consumer goods. She has worked on drafting opinions and advising clients on a variety of legal issues relating to general corporate and commercial laws, foreign exchange laws and labour laws. She graduated with a B.A. LLB. (Hons.) from National Law University Delhi in 2019. Prior to joining Jerome Merchant + Partners, Yashodhara worked at the Delhi office of Khaitan & Co.

Arnaz Pestonji is a part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Arnaz has regularly advised domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial law issues, and has been involved in foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business transfers, private equity and corporate restructuring transactions.

Gaurav is a member of the Disputes Team at the Firm, with extensive experience handling litigation at the Bombay High Court, across various judicial tribunals as well as in arbitrations. A 2019 graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, he has previously served as a Judicial Clerk at the Supreme Court of India for almost two years. Also a FIFA Licensed Agent, Gaurav combines a passion for sports with expertise in sports law, offering tailored legal solutions to athletes and organizations.

Simran is a part of the Firm’s dispute resolution practice. She advises and represents corporates and commercial enterprises in various domestic and cross-border disputes. She has graduated with a B.A. LL.B degree from Chanakya National Law University, Patna.
