Arjun is a part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Arjun, has regularly advised domestic and foreign commercial enterprises, financial institutions, private equity funds, on their investments in and exits from Indian companies, involving advice on transaction structuring and Indian securities & foreign exchange control regulations. He has graduated with a degree in of law from the Symbiosis University in 2015 and is a qualified company secretary.

Rishabh is part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Rishabh, advises on venture capital, private equity transactions for both buy and sell side as well as general corporate advisory work. He has graduated with a degree in law from the National Law University, Odisha in 2016.

Ashutosh is part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Ashutosh, represents emerging companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds and other institutions in equity financing and M&A transactions, primarily in the tech space. He has graduated with a degree in law from the University of Mumbai, in 2016.

Akshay is a part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Akshay advises private equity investors and funds in relation to their investments and exits. He has graduated with a degree in law from the Nirma University in 2017.

Oshin is a part of the Firm’s corporate, M&A and and venture capital practice. Oshin, advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and foreign investment in varied sectors such hospitality, FMCG, financial services, retail, automotive and e-sports. She has graduated with a degree in law from the Amity University in 2017.

Koustubh is a part of the Firm’s Corporate, M&A and venture capital practice. Koustubh, has a diverse set of experience working on a range of commercial contracts (including software development, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, etc.), employment and data privacy laws. He has graduated with a degree in law from the University of Mumbai in 2017.

Banashree is part of the Firm’s corporate, private equity and venture capital practice. Banashree, advises on capital raising, general corporate advisory and transactional matters. She has graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, Noida and a masters degree from University of California, Berkeley with a specialization in Business Laws, in 2018.

Sonali is part of the Firm’s banking and finance practice. Sonali, advises banks and financial institutions on domestic and cross border debt transactions. She has graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B degree from the University of Mumbai, in 2019.

Aditi is part of the Firm’s disputes and arbitration practice. Aditi, represents clients before various courts and tribunals in India and advises clients on enforcement actions related to shareholder disputes and financing transactions. She has graduated with a B.B.A. LL.B degree from the OP Jindal University, in 2019.
