The Firm’s aviation practice, advises banks, lessors and airlines on a range of commercial aviation transactions, from loan financings, sale and lease-backs and jurisdiction-specific leasing / sale products. The practice also services, sales and purchases and financing of private aircrafts, and disputes and recoveries relating to aircraft assets.

The Firm’s banking group, includes a significantly well recognised bonds and structured debt practice, where we advise issuers, financial institutions, investment banks and investors on a wide spectrum of transactions, including standalone bonds and debt programmes, hybrid capital, equity-linked instruments, liability management and private placements. The Firm’s lawyers have been engaged in bond offerings across global markets, including the exchanges at Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Luxembourg.

The Firm has a robust derivative and securitisation practice, which covers all forms of OTC, exchange traded and securitised (such as structured notes) and assignment transactions. Our clients include distressed credit funds, banks and financial institutions and corporates.
