The Firm’s aviation practice, advises banks, lessors and airlines on a range of commercial aviation transactions, from loan financings, sale and lease-backs and jurisdiction-specific leasing / sale products. The practice also services, sales and purchases and financing of private aircrafts, and disputes and recoveries relating to aircraft assets.
The Firm’s banking group, includes a significantly well recognised bonds and structured debt practice, where we advise issuers, financial institutions, investment banks and investors on a wide spectrum of transactions, including standalone bonds and debt programmes, hybrid capital, equity-linked instruments, liability management and private placements. The Firm’s lawyers have been engaged in bond offerings across global markets, including the exchanges at Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Luxembourg.
