The Firm’s insolvency practice includes, advising investors and lenders in restructuring of their debt exposures to debtors, enforcing their rights under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and advising sponsors on actions brought against them under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and challenging proceedings or resolution plans which have been prejudicial to such sponsors. The Firm’s strong banking and finance credentials, has been a pivot for growing the insolvency and re-structuring practice.
