Yash is an Of Counsel with the Firm. Yash, has built a successful practice as an independent litigator and represents his clients in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and other commercial courts and tribunals. Previously Yash, worked in the chambers of Senior Advocate Dushyant Dave. Yash began his career at the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh & Shroff.

Yash’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and commercial arbitration. With a strong focus on banking and finance litigation as well as insolvency, Yash has represented banks, financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors/promoters in complex commercial disputes as well as insolvency proceedings. Yash has also represented clients in commercial arbitration and other arbitration-related court proceedings in disputes arising from complex transactions.
